The Coolest Cars to Anticipate This Model Year

Anticipation rises mid-summer as new cars are revealed for the upcoming model year, and this season is no exception.

The Coolest Cars to Anticipate This Model Year

Plenty of cool cars will be making their way to showrooms in 2021. Here is a look at four of the coolest.

Dacia EV

If you are looking for a car that is cool, environmentally-friendly, and inexpensive, budget car manufacturer Dacia's new EV could be the car you have been looking for. In effect, the electric car is an alternative version of the Renault K-ZE which is presently only available to purchase in China. But the Dacia EV will be available in Europe in 2021, and it looks set to become one of the cheapest electric cars you can buy. Although specifications have not yet been announced, it is likely to use a 26.8kWh battery and have a front-mounted electric motor.

Hyundai Vision Concept T SUV

The Vision Concept T SUV showcases the next generation of the Hyundai Tucson. It was unveiled for the first time at the Los Angeles Auto Show in late 2019, and it is expected to roll out to showrooms in early 2021. The plug-in hybrid features a look that Hyundai calls Parametric Dynamics. The Vision Concept T has an SUV-coupe profile with sharp lines, and the front features a distinctive grille and headlamp design. The grille also contains active elements that enable air to move into the engine bay. Another notable feature is the headlights which light up in a sequence. The latest Hyundai Tucson is an exceptionally cool car. However, you could make it even cooler by adding a personalized number plate which could reflect your name, business, favorite passion, or whatever else you like.

Toyota Supra 2021

One of the coolest sports cars of recent years was the Toyota Supra. It is great fun to drive, and the occupants always experience a real sense of adventure and luxury. Although, it looks like the car is about to become even better because Toyota is planning an upgrade for 2021. The new version is expected to be available in a choice of eight striking colors. However, two of those colors will be limited to 500 units each. So, if you want the pitch-black Nocturnal colour or the blue and black-toned Refraction color, you will have to get your order in quickly.

Fisker Ocean

The boutique alternative-fuel car manufacturer Fisker has unveiled its very first fully electric SUV. With an overtly environmentally-friendly vibe and mass-production aspirations, this compact EV crossover is the green car to watch out for in 2021. The Fisker Ocean will be powered by an 80kWh lithium-ion battery, which will give the car a range of 250 to 300 miles. But with a mere 30 minutes of fast-charging, you will be able to drive another 200 miles comfortably. The Ocean also features an optional solar panel on the roof that can gradually charge batteries when the sun is out. The car's seats are trimmed in recycled polyester, and its carpet is made from recycled nylon that is sourced from old fishing nets. If you want to show you are devoted to going green, dip your toe into the cool Ocean.
